- Calculation of the cost of services at the tariff is carried out by the number of hours worked with rounding up to half an hour.
- There is no surcharge in the evening and night time.
- Airport-City Transfer service includes pickup, waiting at the airport not more than 1 hour from the moment of arrival and delivery of the client to the destination point. Waiting at the airport for more than 1 hour is paid at an hourly rate.
- City-Airport Transfer service includes pickup at one address, free waiting time of 10 minutes and delivery of the client to the airport.
- The Airport-to-Airport Transfer service is charged as an airport transfer plus one hour.
- When traveling to the Airport from several addresses, the departure from the last address counts, before that the city fare applies.
- When traveling from the Airport to several addresses, airport pickup and travel to the first address is considered, then the city fare applies.
- Parking at the airport and at paid parking lots during the provision of services is paid by the Customer.
- Trip / car delivery outside the Moscow Ring Road up to 20 kilometers - additional payment for 1 hour at the tariff.
- A trip further than 20 kilometers from MKAD is agreed individually with a senior manager.
- The order of a passenger car can be canceled by the "Customer" without penalty not less than 2 hours before the moment of delivery in the city and to the airport, minivan, minibus not less than 24 hours in advance.
- If the order is canceled for a shorter period of time, a penalty in the amount of the hourly rate (rental cost) or the cost of transfer to the airport will be charged.
- When ordering a car for a Wedding, it is necessary to coordinate the decoration of the car in advance.
- Tariffs for large events are negotiated individually with a senior manager
- Orders through the dispatcher are accepted round the clock. We recommend making requests 12 hours before the scheduled trip.
